Bailey Klemm

President 

Bailey Klemm is the President of Slice Consulting. She is currently a Senior studying Civics and Citizenship Engagement, Political Science, and Policy Studies with a minor in Project management. She is from Piscataway, New Jersey. In her position at slice, she is responsible for overseeing the culture and direction of the organization. In addition to her role at slice consulting, she is interning with NJYCC. In her free time, she loves to watch documentaries and ski. Her long-term career goal is to be an associate at a respected consulting firm.

Maddy LaCamera

Vice President of Operations

Maddy is a Senior majoring in Political Science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. Maddy is the Vice President of Operations at Slice Consulting. She is from Boston, Massachusetts and is passionate about public policy development and international business. Maddy is a member of the Women’s Network Club and is minoring in International Business at the Whitman School of Management to pursue a career in finance abroad.

Jenna Poma

Vice President of Client Relations

Jenna is a Sophomore studying Citizenship & Civic Engagement, with an assumed double major in Policy Studies, at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She also participates in the Renée Crown Honors, Maxwell Leadership Scholars, and Phanstiel Scholars Programs. Jenna is from Queens, New York, and enjoys exploring the city, trying new restaurants, and spending time at the beach. She has passions for politics and advocacy, and has previously partnered with nonprofits and small businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa to promote grassroots change. Long term, Jenna hopes to pursue a career in law or consulting, and is ecstatic to begin her journey here at Slice.

Ejay Ramos 

Vice President of Marketing

Ejay is a Junior majoring in Policy Studies in the Maxwell School at Syracuse University, with minors in Information Management & Technology in the iSchool and Marketing in the Whitman School of Management. Along with the position of Public Relations Chairman for Delta Upsilon Fraternity, Ejay runs all of our social media and communications at Slice while creating and maintaining this website. He is from Torrance, CA and is passionate about social media marketing, as well as the intersection between business and technology. Ejay also works as part time content creator and aspires to work in the Tech Consulting/Marketing field.

Haileigh Duncan

Vice President of Internal Affairs

Hayley is a Senior majoring in Psychology and minoring Cognitive Science at Syracuse University. She is from Rockville, MD, and has a strong background in social media and public relations. Hayley is passionate about using her knowledge in human behavior when working with clients at Slice to successfully help them grow and adapt to modern-day technology. In addition to her position at Slice, Hayley is also an active member of the Iota chapter of Alpha Epsilon Phi, a research assistant at the Mind Body Laboratory, and on the social media team at Jerk Magazine. Upon graduation, Hayley hopes to pursue a career in psychological research and public relations.

Olivia Reid

VP of Standards 

Olivia is a Sophomore majoring in Business Management at the Whitman School of Management. She is from Berkeley, CA. She is passionate about social justice issues and hopes to give back to the Syracuse community during her time here. In addition to Slice, she participates in the Renée Crown Honors Program and OttoTHON. 

After graduation, Olivia hopes to work in the business management field.

Carina Sarracino

Recruitment Chair

Carina is a Junior studying International Relations and Political Science at the Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University. She is from Hershey, Pennsylvania. Outside of Slice, Carina is also a research assistant, an intern through the State Department Virtual Student Federal Service, and a member of the Renee Crown Honors Program. After graduation, Carina aims to pursue a career in public sector & government consulting.

Jasper Yu

Diversity & Inclusion Chair

Jasper is a Junior studying International Relations at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs with minors in Strategic Management and Arabic. He is from New York City. Outside of Slice, he is the president of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity and is a member of the John Quincey Adams Foreign Policy Society. Jasper has interned for lobbying firms and a prominent think tank in Washington D.C. He is passionate about international trade, economics, and global business. Post-graduation, Jasper plans to pursue a career in policy consulting.

Grant Maxheimer

Fundraising Chair

Grant is a sophomore studying International Relations and Citizenship and Civic Engagement at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. He is from Linden, Michigan. Grant currently works for the City of Syracuse Neighborhood and Business Development office working to give access to lead remediation resources for vulnerable communities. He has a strong interest in non-profit consulting and plans to attend law school after graduation to pursue a career in international law. As a data analyst project manager, he looks forward to using data to assist local nonprofits. Outside of Slice, Grant is an orientation leader and apart of the pre-law society at SU.
